And third of the trio of elf chicks. I call this one Ranica Rijiane. Perhaps she is the leader of the trio, insofar as they have a leader? Probably the most bossy and know-it-all one, at any rate. She knows what she wants and strives to get it, but does it want her as badly? Her outfit, while attempting to be sporty, is supposed to look cute, but I'm not sure two flowers are enough to make it so.

Hey, figure skaters perform in that sort of outfit all the time. :D (Figure skating is a sport... I think.) Either way, it's definitely cute!
Also, I don't have a DA account, but I wanted to comment SOMEWHERE that I loved your second round of Rogue Skies. The (mostly) non-violent resolution between the two teams was both surprising and cool. ^^ And it's impressive that you finished with style despite the sickness and unmotivation. I hope you win this round!
